the room had a spacious bathroom. a comfortable bed was also present. i found these aspects good.

unacceptable noise level missing shower curtain
the hotel provided clean rooms, acceptable.
The noise level was unacceptable. I could clearly hear sounds from both the corridor and adjacent rooms throughout the night, disrupting sleep. the shower lacked a curtain, causing water to spill everywhere during use. also, i noticed a bug crawling from under the shower mat. It was unsettling.

i found the welcome very warm and the staff attentive. my room was clean. the restaurant had good food, it really does. i woke to a delicious breakfast each morning.
the television had few channels. i was in a king room, so it felt out of place.

quality produce spacious room refined class
the breakfast impressed me with its quality produce. my room was not only spacious but also SPOTLESSLY clean. the hotel exudes a refined class. i found the bed quite comfortable .
during my stay, i noticed the television had only a few channels available.

the rooms were clean. the housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring we had all that we needed to be comfortable.

broken dispenser cramped room
the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom was broken. it was impossible to use.. i had to buy my own shower gel. also, the small double room i booked felt quite cramped, definitely made for one person and not two.

breakfast selection varied breakfast air conditioning heat
the breakfast selection was good and varied.
The room was uncomfortably warm as there was no air conditioning. I had to request a fan, but it did little to alleviate the heat. it really impacted my sleep quality.
